The international kite festival “Saint Honoré dans l’Vent” has as mission to establish and organise a festival in the goal of dynamizing the environment and synergizing the different contributors through non profitable activities and for which all the profits will be used to develop the targeted goals. We want to promote tourism and touristic activities, particularly in the rural region of “Haut Saguenay”

Our team’s wish is to organise a festival best suited for families increasing the number of festive activities and prolonging the tourist stay in the region, as well as promoting the municipality of “Saint-Honoré” and its airport.

All this while informing and educating the population on the history and characteristics of kites, aeronautics and the environment.
